It is not only the belly fat that is unpleasant and annoying, back fat is also very problematic area. Many people are sceptic and desperate because they think that never going to get rid of back fat. But luckily there is no place for panic and giving up, there are couple exercises which can be very helpful if you decide to get rid of the back fat.
There is a schedule how to do it in order to lose the back fat:
Perform every round for 1 minute with 45 seconds rest between rounds.
Day 1: Reverse Fly (Beginner’s Level – 4 Rounds)
Day 2: Standing Twist (Beginner’s Level – 4 Rounds)
Day 3: Alternating Superman (Beginner’s Level – 4 Rounds)
Day 4: Rest day or Yoga
The fourth ay should be the rest day. However, you can do some yoga in order to relieve stress and tension.
Day 5: Seal Jumping Jacks (Beginner’s Level – 4 Rounds)
Day 6: Bent-Over Dumbbell Rows with a Twist
Day 7: REST
Additional tip: Consume healthy food and be physically active all the time!
